J K26 June 2026We had an outstanding experience with Bricks Estate Agents and would highly recommend their services. From the very beginning of the process through to completion, we were kept consistently updated and fully supported at every stage, particularly during referencing, which was completed promptly and efficiently. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Eloise, Charlie, and Michele, who were all exceptionally helpful, proactive, and reassuring throughout. Their communication was excellent, and they ensured everything progressed as smoothly and quickly as possible, which was especially important for us given our upcoming wedding and the need to move in beforehand. The entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and patience throughout what can often be a stressful process. We are extremely grateful for their support and would not hesitate to recommend Bricks Estate Agents to others.Posted on Google

Ikbal Miah16 May 2026I want to thank our estate agent, Charlie, who has been absolutely amazing from the moment we met him, and even after we moved into our property yesterday. He has always offered us sincere advice and consistently shown a genuine willingness to help at all times. This was the first time we had used an estate agent, and Charlie has truly set the standard for excellent customer service. He is welcoming, approachable, and deserves to be recognised for the professional and positive way he represents both himself and Bricks Estate Agents.Posted on Google
Emily Andrews15 May 2026On what has at times been a rollercoaster of a transaction, Charlie from Bricks has been the lynchpin throughout - proactively pushing to iron out issues at every turn, communicating transparently with us, and generally going above and beyond to get the deal done. Shahid Hameed28 February 2026No lengthy review needed. No buzz words needed. Just a big thank you to Charlie. You got us exactly what we were looking for, and the whole experience was quite enjoyable. Yes, there were a few hiccups along the way (that’s life) but no dramas. Our Charlie does NOT do dramas, and that’s the KEY to making clients feel comfortable. Mind you, an infectious personality also helps. 😂 We see Charlie as a friend, and if anyone we know requires help in the property market, Bricks will get a call. 👍 ShahidPosted on Google

Bernie Pardoe15 February 2026We completed on our property last week through Bricks. I highly recommend Bricks as an Estate Agents, from my first call to them looking to view the property they could not have been more helpful and professional. Juan fitted us in at the last minute to view the property and then Charlie took over our purchase, nothing was too much trouble, the property went through probate and Charlie gave us weekly updates and always came back promptly with any queries we had. I found Charlie very easy to communicate with and always professional. He answered messages late in the evening when i was stressing over the probate and let me know all was on track as this was the first time we bought a property through probate. Charlie made the experience stress free. We highly recommend them for anyone buying or selling a property. The flowers and champagne are a lovely touch. Thank you Charlie for helping us secure our forever 🏡.Posted on Google

We've managed to secure a lovely house thanks to them and couldn't have asked for more. 5* for bricks!Posted on Google

Our agent Tom especially, was extremely helpful, attentive and informative from the beginning (viewing the property) to the end (securing the keys) of the initial rental process. We had been searching for a property for 3 months when we met Tom and due to his committed dedication, patience, understanding and rapid responses, we were able to move into our new home 10 days after first viewing it. Cindy Chan Ho Yee12 September 2025Dear Juan, Tom, and the Bricks Estate Agents team, I’m writing to express our heartfelt thanks for the outstanding service you’ve provided throughout our tenancy setup for 495 Lea Bridge Road. As first-time tenants in the UK after relocating from Hong Kong, we had many questions and a fair amount of uncertainty. From the outset, your professionalism, clarity, and care stood far above other agents we encountered, and you maintained that standard through to completion. Juan, meeting you at the viewing set the tone for everything that followed--warm, friendly, and highly professional. Your presence and guidance made us feel immediately welcome and confident. Tom, your reassuring call after receiving our detailed enquiries was exactly what we needed; you addressed every point patiently and thoroughly, then followed up with clear written guidance so we could proceed with certainty. Your responsiveness, reliability, and attention to detail at every step made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are especially grateful to Tom for working tirelessly to help us, fostering a positive and respectful relationship with our landlord, and providing exceptionally clear, case-specific guidance on communication—particularly valuable to us as first-time renters in the UK—so that our expectations and messages were fully aligned with our landlord’s. We are especially grateful for your flexibility in accommodating our earlier move-in request, your clear and timely communication around payment and procedural steps, and the way you kept us informed from start to finish. The contract signing and referencing process were straightforward and efficient, and everything was handled quickly while still feeling careful and considered. As first-time renters here, that combination of efficiency and reassurance made all the difference. Above all, thank you for contributing to a genuinely welcoming experience and a great start as we settle in the UK. We are deeply impressed by the high standard of service and thankful for the friendliness and care we felt throughout. We cannot rate your work highly enough and would recommend Bricks--especially Juan and Tom--to anyone seeking a responsive, trustworthy, and truly professional letting experience. With gratitude and appreciation, Cindy On behalf of Heinrik and JosephPosted on Google

Anish Aggarwal9 May 2022As a landlord that owns multiple properties in both the residential and commercial sectors, I must say that our experience of working with Bricks Estate Agents has been exceptional. Their team, in particular Juan and Harry, have displayed hunger, passion, enthusiasm and utmost professionalism at all stages in the transactions undertaken to date. A good example is the first property we gave them to rent, in an area outside their ‘usual jurisdiction’. We handed the keys to them on a Wednesday. By Saturday of the same week, they had lined up 12 viewings, which Harry conducted, and they let the property at its market value by the Monday! This in itself demonstrated a clear level of motivation, dedication and commitment to us, right from the start of our relationship. Their fees are competitive and their communication has been excellent throughout each transactional process. Statements and rent payments are always received on time - a perfect partnership for us! We are keen to continue to develop and expand our portfolio alongside Bricks.Posted on Google
