Before the tenancy begins:

Holding deposit

Payment to secure the property from the market whilst references are obtained.
Transferred against first months rent payment due in advance.
Equivalent to One Weeks Rent.

First months rent

Payment is due in advance of the commencement of the tenancy.
As Negotiated.

Damage deposit

Monies are held in the event of damage caused to the
property deductible upon negotiation at end of the tenancy.
Monies held in a protected client account and register
with the Tenancy Deposit Insured Scheme (TDS)
Equivalent to Five Weeks’ Rent.

During the tenancy:

Changes to Terms of the Tenancy Agreement £50.00 +VAT

Subject to agreement, proposed changes to terms of the tenancy, rent or the change/removal of tenant(s) during a tenancy.
