Fees to: Tenants
Before the tenancy begins:
Holding deposit
- Payment to secure the property from the market whilst references are obtained.
- Transferred against first months rent payment due in advance.
- Equivalent to One Weeks Rent.
First months rent
Payment is due in advance of the commencement of the tenancy.
As Negotiated.
Damage deposit
- Monies are held in the event of damage caused to the
property deductible upon negotiation at end of the tenancy. - Monies held in a protected client account and register
with the Tenancy Deposit Insured Scheme (TDS) - Equivalent to Five Weeks’ Rent.
